stuffing my self
I am on my second day off stuffing your self, I am making sure to eat everything that I am going to miss when I am back on my 500 cal. day tommorow, I can't wait to start seeing my weight coming off again, I only have 40 more pounds to go so hopefully it will go fast.

hey when i was on this part of the diet i stuffed myself with beef/turkey/chicken lots of steak and protein filled foods plus pastries and pies, it was so good to be able to eat again.
