I have lost 3 pounds so far this week. I am still enjoying the diet. I have not felt good this week so it made not eating much pretty easy. I am still walking and enjoying it.

hello stacy, 3 pounds in a week is a bit too little, why not try and lose some more, cause im sure that you can do it. i'll be so happy for you if you could do it. along with your diet do not forget to take care of your health also! bye and take care
