hi

Just wanted to let everyone know that I am doing great, Lost another pound, coming off slow but coming off still walking and it makes me feel even more energetic to walk.

I was thinking of adding some walking in also. you really like it? Do you just stroll or walk fast?

hey stacy keep on walking and you will see results. i personally go on walking evryday when i wake up amd doit for about half an hour. i do see results and im glad about it. will try be constant every day in walking! will let you know about the results. keep on going and jog and jog!
