Back to a platue

I haven't lost much weight pretty much gained back 4 pounds, But I have been sick found out that I have strep throat, been on antibotics so hopefully in a few days will be able to eat better again and can get back to losing weight I want to lose 25 pounds by july 19th that is my cousins wedding so I have to get on the ball If I want to acieve that goal, but I know that I can do it.
