Yeah The weight is Starting to come off

I finally got to start the diet on April 18th, I am so ecxited. I am ready to get up every morning and run to the scale and weigh myself, The temptations of other foods are hard but I am not giving in, I have been on the 500 calorie diet now for 3 days and have lost 6 pounds. 04-20 I weighed 226 , 04-21 I weighed 224.4, 04-22 I weighed 221.4, and today 04-23 I weighed 220.6
I hope tommoro I will finally be under 220. I will update later about how my progress is going.
